Ram’s SKull RUm
The boys knocked on the door of Hawkridge Distillery to meet with the master distillers James Gurney and Phil Howarth - the craftsman behind some of England’s finest spirits. The brief was to create a rum that would stand out from the pack of the rum range on their drinks menu. Taking inspiration from rum brands they enjoy and putting their unique twist on this legendary spirit.
The mission was to craft a rum so bold and irresistible, even a proud parrot would abandon its pirate captain’s shoulder for theirs after tasting Ram’s Skull Rum. A blend of eight and five-year-old oak aged barrel aged rums from Venezuela, Trinidad and the Dominican Republic did just that. From the success of this creation a spiced and white rum soon followed.

Great rum starts with great ingredients. From the beginning, we knew we didn’t want to cut cornerswe wanted every bottle to speak for itself. That’s why we partnered with Hawkridge Distillers, whose attention to detail and thought processe behind every ingredient, helped us create something truly special.

After 15 years in hospitality, crafting the best-tasting food we could, we wanted something that would truly complement our pizza something we could enjoy around the fire at our Cotswold pub. That’s when we found it. A rum with depth, warmth, and character, just like the moments we share.

A beautiful cask aged blend of three Caribbean Rums then infused with 10 specially selected spices to create a sensational spirit.
Creamy sweet Vanilla, cloves, nutmeg, peppercorn and a tang of orange and ginger are just some of the warming notes that you uncover.

Specially created by Baz and Fred and Hawkridge. The rums come from Venezuela, Trinidad and the Dominican Republic and is a blend of eight and five year old oak-barrel aged.
The distinct rich flavour comes from the finest molasses and sugar cane that the Caribbean has to offer, (probably a little secret but the two blend incredibly well) matured in bourbon oak casks. This gives your rum the deep and complex flavours where sweet woody notes combine with vanilla and smoky tobacco giving a long lasting flavour
Deliciously moreish notes of cracked caramel, sweet coconut, raisins and sultanas help create a beautiful warmth, certain to draw you in for another sip
Ram’s Skull daiquiri
The Ram’s Skull Daiquiri is built differently, raw, bold, and unapologetically sharp. Made with our no-nonsense rum, fresh lime, and just enough sweetness to keep it dangerous, this isn’t some sugary holiday cocktail. Just a drink with backbone.
