THE TEQUILA TRIP
Great tequila isn't made from a recipe—it's made at the source. That's why Baz and Fred headed to the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, home to some of the world's finest agave and generations of tequila-making tradition.
Alongside the founders of Hawkridge Distillery, they partnered with the team at La Magdalena, spending time with the people behind the process. From walking the agave fields and harvesting the piñas to learning the art of slow cooking, fermentation and distillation, they experienced every stage of the craft firsthand.
The trip wasn't about creating just another tequila. It was about understanding the heritage, respecting the process, and working with true experts to create something worthy of the Ram's Skull name. The result is a tequila that celebrates authentic Mexican craftsmanship, brought to life through a collaboration built on a shared passion for exceptional spirits.
