How it all started

Ram’s Skull is a spirits brand built by two old friends Harry (Baz) Henriques and Fred Hicks who since leaving school have lived and breathed hospitality. After 15 years in the industry they've worked their way through most rums and tequilas under the sun. All this important research came to use when the boys decided to turn their hand to crafting their own spirits.
